Total Horror! Wedding Bride Who Wanted to Surprise Hubby by Arriving via Helicopter Dies in a Crash

In 2016, Brazilian bride-to-be Rosemere do Nascimento Silva arranged for a helicopter to transport her to her wedding venue as a surprise for her fiancé.

Sadly, the helicopter crashed en route, and this footage captured by her photographer reveals her final moments alive.

The crash claimed the lives of not only the bride-to-be but also her brother, the pilot, and the six-month-pregnant photographer.

Heartbreakingly, her fiancé stood waiting at the altar in front of 300 family and friends when he received the devastating news of her passing.

Climate conditions were good at the start of the flight, but during the trip a heavy fog arose which caused the pilot to lose his bearings.

The helicopter ride was planned as a surprise for the groom, Udirley Damasceno. Only six guests knew about Ms Silva’s planned surprise arrival.

The accident was only discovered when the wedding organizers realized the helicopter did not arrive at a nearby football field. The groom was told the news by the pastor and was said to have gone into total shock.

The helicopter, a Robinson 44, crashed about a mile from the wedding venue in a forest area during a journey which normally would have taken just 15 minutes.

The pilot has been named as Peterson Pinheiro. The brother of the bride was Silvano Nascimento da Silva. The pregnant photographer was Nayla Cristina Neves.

The crash took place just two kilometers away from the wedding venue. While the cause of the crash is still unknown, police in Sao Paulo together with specialists in aeronautics have looked into reports that it might have hit a tree due to bad visibility with rain, fog and cloud.
